I have done extensive research on this question and have not found anything that works. I am trying to select multiple items from a list on the web and can achieve this by holding down ctrl and clickingeach item. This needs to run on an unattended bot, here is what i have tried:

1. Attempt: Click with key modifier set to KeyModifiers.Ctrl and simulate click
   Result: Error - RemoteException wrapping UiPath.Core.ElementOperationException: Timeout reached. —> RemoteException wrapping

2. Attempt: Click with key modifier set to KeyModifiers.Ctrl and send window messages
   Result: No Error - Nothing is clicked at all

3. Attempt: Type into activity with [d(lctrl)] as text before clicking items and Type into activity with [u(lctrl)] as text after clicking items with simulate type set for both type activities
   Result: Items are clicked one by one, ctrl key is not held down

4. Attempt: Type into activity with [d(lctrl)] as text before clicking items and Type into activity with [u(lctrl)] as text after clicking items with send window messages set for both type activities
   Result: Same as above…Items are clicked one by one, ctrl key is not held down

All results were observed after the bot ran unattended, i logged into the VM that the bot was running on and checked to see if items were selected/ if the query was submitted with the items selected/

I have spent quite some time trying to figure this out if anyone has any insight on this it would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,

UiPath doesn’t select the designated excel sheet tab on its runtime even though I confirmed that correct selector of the tab is recognized by UiPath. It keeps selecting other sheets next to the designated one.
If you have any solution or a same issue, would you share that with me?

MS Excel version: Professional Plus 2010
UIPath version: 2016.2.6274
OS version: Windows7 Professional 64-bit

Hello,
I am facing error below. This happens only on this, productive machine, while running good on other machines. It pops up on the first click on the SAP button (first activity that interacts with the UI). Has anyone faced with this problem? I would appreciate any help.

Hi,
I am using community Edition and facing few issues:

1. Not able to use recording and my Ui Path Crashes while using recording.
2. Not able to open two Instances of Ui Path on my machine
3. sometimes Ui Path doesn’t launch and I need to first d/c Orchestrator and then launch Ui Path and then connect Orchestrator.
   I have updated .NET Framework and not able to find what can be issue for above I mentioned.

As soon as killing the process in middle of the transaction/on going transaction item, Robot was setting the Queue item status as Success.

Any one know why the robot was setting the status as success? robot should not set the status as success?

Queue / Transaction items status should be keept it as - In-Progress right?

Hi,

I’m executing a query on Oracle DB using execute Query activity. But I encountered an error while executing the sql statement. The slash symbol(/) is a must inside the sql statement. Can anyone suggest me a workaround on this. Thanks.

I still get the error, please help me out on this one. If this works then we are planning to implement the same using python.

Studio Version: 2018.4.7 (Enterprise)
OS: Windows 10
Excel Package Version: 2.5.1

Why am I encountering this error? How can I resolve it? I don’t have the option to upgrade Studio (for organizational reasons) or the Excel package (for compatibility reasons).
