Hi.
When reading an email I sometimes get the error that the “Inbox” folder does not exist. Sometimes it gives error, sometimes it doesn’t give error.
Can anyone help me?
Textually: “Get mail messages from Outlook: The specified folder does not exist.”

Hi all,
I’ve been searching the forum and re-reading the walkthrough for at least 3 hours but didn’t reach a conclusion
I’m working on recreating the “Robotic Enterprise Framework” from Level 3 - RPA Developer Advanced and I can’t get the robot to input the data from queue to the UI Demo app.
when i run the last workflow in debug mode i get this exception message (Assign: The given key was not present in the dictionary.)
Note: I’ve uploaded the file and removed the screenshots to decrease space.

I have been trying to do the unicornname RPA and running into challenges.I did Use excel and when I select Application/ Browser and indicate the chrome webpage with the url http://www.rpasamples.com/unicornname; it does not go there and does recognizing the individual boxes on the page.

Building my first robot was very exciting. For a change, I added 10 people name and birth month and used excel for row command. But i found an error all the time while running it.
Process during Run time:
Possibilities Tried after seeing error messages many times.(Still got error)
Kindly let me know what is that error actually is and also how to do it without the error.

I got a following error when I try to run or analyze the workflow of both practice and solution (error message from ‘practice’):
I believe this comes from my environment. Can anyone help me? I tried updating packages, but it didn’t help. My StudioX works completely fine when I create a robot from blank project.

I got the following error when I ran my automation for “Sign an Email with your Unicorn Name” exercise.
The error didn’t happen if I open outlook manually before I run the automation.
Why can’t the robot open outlook by itself in my case? Any help?

Hi everyone, I ran a project that was not wrong before and now the error get mail message for this reason:
“RemoteException wrapping MailKit.Security.SslHandshakeException: An error occurred while attempting to establish an SSL or TLS connection.
One possibility is that you are trying to connect to a port which does not support SSL/TLS.”
do you know how to help me understand what has changed since SLL is correctly set on my PC again and I can easily reach the web mail?

Hi! Need some help, please 
So, I’m having issues with the sending Outlook email part. I receive this error message "…An error occurred while trying to initialize the Outlook session. Make sure Outlook is installed on your system’.
Outlook is installed and working fine, the ‘Use Outlook Account’ resource is set outside the Use Excel Scope.
What am I doing wrong?

I noticed that there was maintenance to UiPath Academy platform yesterday 30 March 2020, however I am unable to access the UiPath Academy on 31 March 2020 - I get to the sign on page, put my credentials in and then get this message:

Good morning everyone, Today still continue my activities in UiPath Academy, and now I do the exercise called Calculate Client Security Hash in the Level 3 - Advanced Training, all was good until in a one part of the execution, the exercise show this error:
In this part of sequence:
If someone know a explanation when this error appear, or in other occasion someone of you, have the opportunity to fix error, explain me because I want to know a explanation.
For other hand, I don’t know but I try to change the type of the variable of TransactionData to DataRow but also It’s doesn’t work, but the message error say that some reference is not instance in a some object, also I think that the variable WILIST have DataRow type, but I’m confused.

Hi,
I’ve just installed UIPath Studio X (2020.4.0-beta.250), but am having immediate issues with MS Excel.
I have, repeatedly, installed the Excel Add in via the Home -> Tools menu. Every time it tells me it is successfully installed and to restart Excel (which I have … repeatedly. Even restarted the PC). Yet MS Excel (Office Professional Plus 2016) shows no UIPath Studio add-in via the Options -> Add-ins UI.
When running a starter template for Excel in Studio X I get the error message
20.4.0-beta.250
Failed to connect to the UiPath Excel Add-in. Please check that UiPath.Excel Add-in is installed by going to: Home | Tools | Excel Add-in
Please help!

Hi,
I have been using UiPath Studio version 2020.4.0-beta.718 for a couple of weeks and within this period I found a major issue with the product as it can’t handle excel files properly.
Whether I want to read it or write it, it keeps showing error message “Exception from HRESULT: 0x800A01A8” . In case of reading the file I have to open the file to avoid the error. However when it comes to writing in a ‘new’ file which needs to be created by UiPath Studio it throws the same error.
Just wanted to mention additionally that the path provided for reading from or writing to, is absolutely correct.

Hi,
Basically, from one day to another, my Excel Application Scope started to produce a System Exception every time I try to use it. The error is the following one:
My UiPath Studio Community version is 2020.4.0-beta.1731
My MS Excel version is the 2007 version
I think I read somewhere that we should update to a newer version of Excel… well, what about those who can’t afford to update to a new version of Excel?
As an alternative I’m using the activities present in System > File > Workbook but it’s somehow limited for some tasks.
If this exception it’s really solely because of Excel, is there any alternative to solve this issue aside removing and installing new software?

I have this comment:
Read PDF With OCR: Error performing OCR: Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: source ScreenOCRErrorRunningEngine.
But I am sure that other OCR engine find text inside pdf file.
I hope we can solve this problem,

UiPath Read Google SpreadSheet
Step 1: To create a google spreadsheet
All about Google Sheets
Google Sheets is a web-based spreadsheet application that allows you to store and organize different types of information, much like Microsoft Excel . While Google Sheets does not offer all of Excel’s advanced features, it’s easy to create and edit spreadsheets ranging from the simple to the complex.
While you might think spreadsheets are only used by certain people to process complicated numbers and data, they can actually be used for a variety of everydaytasks . Whether you’re starting a budget, planning a garden, or creating an invoice or just about anything else you can think of, spreadsheets are a great way to organize information.
To create a new Google spreadsheet:
While viewing your Google Drive, click New and select Google Sheets from the drop-down menu.
The spreadsheet will appear in a new browser tab .
To name your spreadsheet, locate and select Untitled spreadsheet at the top of the page. Type a name for your spreadsheet, then press Enter on your keyboard. Your spreadsheet will be renamed .
You may notice that there is no save button. This is because Google Drive uses autosave , which automatically and immediately saves your files as you edit them.
After you share a file.Open a file in Google Docs , Sheets, or Slides. Click “Get shareable link” in the top right of the “Share with others” box. To choose whether a person can view , comment, or edit the file, click the Down arrow next to “Anyone with the link.”
Step 2: To Create a Google Cloud Platform
Create your service account
Go to the API Console.
Sign in to the Google API Console .
From the projects list, select a project or create a new one.
If the APIs and services page isn’t already open, open the console left side menu and select APIs and SERVICES , and then select LIBRARY .
Click the Sheet and drive you want to enable. Click Enable
Once You’ve enable the APIs, you must generate credentials that will allow your robot to access the service.
Click Create credentials > Service account key .
From the dropdown menu, select New service account . Enter a name for your service account.
Select your Json key type and click Create . Your new public/private key pair is generated and downloaded to your machine and is the only copy of this key. You are responsible for storing it securely.
Step 3: Uipath Studio
• First, you will download a Google GSuite. https://go.uipath.com
• Then, open UiPath studio and start a new blank project.
• Click on the “Manage Packages” icon indicated in the picture
• In the new window select “Settings” .
• Click on “+” button to add a new feed source.
• Enter Source as ‘C:\Users\Administrator\Downloads’ and click ok.
• Drag & drop a sequence in the Designer Panel.
• Drag & drop “GSuite Application scope” activity below the sequence in Designer panel. Note that it can be searched from activity panel.
◦ AuthenticationType: Select Service Account
◦ Services: Select Drive & Sheet
• Drag & drop a Find File and Folder activity below the Gsuite application scope.
◦ SearchExpression- Defines the file search parameters, such as file types and file names. For more information about builing your search query, see Search For shared drive in the Google Drive API documentation.
◦ FeelingLucky- The File ID of the first result. You can use this ID in other activity interacting with Google Drive files like Google Sheets
◦ Result- Search result returned as an array of Google Files. The File data structure includes information about the file (e.g type, size, and ID ) that you can use in other activities interacting with Google Drive files like Google Sheets. For more information about the File data Structure, see Resource representation in the Google Drive API documentation.
• Drag & drop a Read Range activity.
◦ Range- Defines the range of content to be read from the SpreadSheet. If left empty, the entire Sheet from the Sreadsheet file is read.
◦ SheetName- Defines the Sheet in the document from which the range is read.
◦ SpreadSheetID- The ID of the SpreaSheet from which to read the data. To get a spreadsheetIS directly in UiPath, use the Find File And Folders activities from the GSuite Drive package.
◦ Result- The result of operation given as a DataTable.
• Drag & drop a For Each Row activity.
◦ DataTable- Add a Read Range Output.
• To do that drap the Message Box activity and mention “FirstNae”.row.item(0) this will read in the sheet1 and Will print the output.

Hi,
I’m trying to use the UiPath.FTP.Activities package to connect to a SFTP server using a private RSA key. When doing so I get an error :
“String reference not set to an instance of a String, parameter name s”
I get this error because I left the password field empty. If I put an empty string instead I get a Permission denied (password) error because it’s trying to log using the password.
I think the activity is always trying to connect using the password. Even when I don’t want to because i’m using a private key.
Any tips about what I can do ?
