Assign : Min (114) must be less than or equal to max (-1) in a Range object.

It is displayed as ‘Argument Exception’. I encountered this while using dt.select().

Hello,

I’ve been receiving error “An internal error has occurred. It is recommended to restart UiPath”. Searched the forum and found that the fix to this would be to delete the .local folder and project.json and after open the Main.xaml and these files should be recreated. Please see below the full details of the error.

Searched the forum and found that the fix to this would be to delete the .local folder and project.json and after open the Main.xaml and these files should be recreated.

Problem is that recently my IT switched from a roaming profile to a local one and I believe this interferes with the creation of these file.

Tried with IT to trace this ourselves and see if there are any blockers (e.g. antivirus) but had no success.
Can anyone please explain how and from where are these files created?

Hi.

I’m creating a SOQL Query in UIpath using the Salesforce Activity Pack, but according with this article , the result cannot be stored in a Datatable if there is a Join between two tables.

When i execute the query in Salesforce Workbench, the Query executes without problem… (“SELECT Name, (Select FirstName, LastName FROM Contacts) FROM Account LIMIT 100”)

But when i run the same query in UIpath using the activity pack and SOQL Activity i have this error…

Is there a way to retreive the results of the execution besides a datatable ? I’m assuming this is a tool defect.

Any idea would be greatly appreciated. Thanks !

I am trying to get a storage account from an Azure Resource Group. I am getting the error below.

Get Storage Account: An error has occurred. Please check the logs Error: Could not load type ‘Microsoft.Azure.Management.Storage.Fluent.Models.SkuName’ from assembly ‘UiPath.Azure, Version=1.1.4.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null’ due to value type mismatch.

It is running through the ‘Get Resource Group’ without issue and correctly assigning variable. It then throws up on the ‘Get Storage Account’

Hi all,

While we are uploading files from Excel to Sap, can’t load all data in Excel. When we upload manually, they are uploading. Robot can not upload list. Its warning is " Read and convert line 100 from Excel", and main page doesn’t open. If you encountered such a problem, can you help us?

管理者によるPowerShellのプロセスファイル（*.ps1）の実行が制限されている状況のため、
PowerShellのコンソール上で入力をエミュレートするために、
プロセスの開始で「powershell.exe」を起動後、文字を入力でPowerShellコンソール画面上に文字入力を行うようにしておりますが、特定の文字列を入力させようとすると、エラーになってしまいます。

こちらについて、対処方法はございますでしょうか？

（やりたいこと）
PowerShellコンソールに、
特定の文字入力を「文字を入力」アクティビティを用いて流し込みたい

具体的には以下の文字列を流し込みたいです：
“[System.Text.Encoding]::UTF8.GetBytes($body)”

※例えばですが、PowerShellのInvoke-RestMethodを用いてTeamsやSlackに対してメッセージをポストする際には、
UTF-8の文字列がHTTPリクエストの結果正しくPOSTされずに文字化けを起こすのですが、それを防止するために、上記の文字列を文字入力による入力エミュレートで差し込んで実行したいと考えています。

つまり以下をすべて入力エミュレートしようとしています。
（ps1ファイルとして、PowerShell呼び出しのアクティビティで実行すればよさそうですが、管理者によってPowerShellファイルの実行が制限されているために画面上からの入力をエミュレーションするしかないのです…）

私の仮説としては、文字の入力の右項にはダブルクォーテーションで囲んだ文字列を指定してはいるのですが、文字列中の「[System.Text.Encoding]::」部分に存在する記号がUiPath側のシステム文字列として認識されてしまっているのではないかと考えております。

お手数ではございますが、
解決策等をご存じの方がいらっしゃれば、ご教示を頂けないでしょうか？

Hi guys.

Say that one wanted to build a workflow that contained some activities in the Retry Scope that was retried from the beginning if an application error was thrown due to e.g. not being able to find a selector without having a condition. So the Retry Scope would only be repeated if an application error occurred in one of the activities.

From my own experience I haven’t been able to do this with the retry scope however is there anyone who knows how to do this either with the Retry Scope or something similar.

It could be very relevant when using unstable websites and applications.

As soon as killing the process in middle of the transaction/on going transaction item, Robot was setting the Queue item status as Success.

Any one know why the robot was setting the status as success? robot should not set the status as success?

Queue / Transaction items status should be keept it as - In-Progress right?

I have a process that is working for a while now. It suddenly started not triggering performer at the end of dispatcher with this message:
Start Job: Operation returned an invalid status code ‘BadRequest’
That’s the message I see on orchestrator.
Aby ideas why this is happening?

So, process worked for a year with no problem then all of sudden sometimes the type into or click wont work. Always the same error, timeout; cannot bring to foreground. From the screenshot we see that the browser we are using (IE) is orange in the toolbar which means it is not active.
Sometimes the type into activities work and they have ‘ACTIVATE’ property set to ‘True’ but it does not activate the browser to foreground. I saw the same topic here on forum but all of those solution are not working (Browser not opening in the foreground). I dont think this has anything to do with the process build itself but with Uipath and IE ?

We tried basically everything (ie explorer properties,type into properties with various combinations, hotkeys etc), and now looking for ideas if someone has ?

I am trying to log into my Orchestrator account and keep getting this message, “Something went wrong, please close the browser tab and try again.” I have tried Chrome and Firefox. Also, I have tried clearing my cache, history, cookies, etc.

I have a problem, I am using the document understanding activities, and when I use the present station validation activity, it randomly throws an error that “I have reached the breakpoint”

this error does not stop my process, but it is annoying to have to be clicking every time this problem comes out

I have tried the process without this activity and it does not give me these problems
I’ve checked if I have breakpoints in the workflow and there’s nothing there either

Someone who is throwing this error at me

Hi People,

I got modified date of the directories in for each item indirectrories.getdir(“Path”)

Datemodified(datetime variable)= Directory.GetLastWriteTime(item)

But now modified date should be current date-7 days in if condition, then perform actions

Hello,

We have a code which is developed on UiPath Studio 2019.10.4 and has a dependency package UiPath.UIAutomation.Activities v 19.11.1. We have to run this code on another system which has UiPath Studio 2019.4.4.

Since both the studio versions are different and there are ‘Missing Activities’ in the workflow, I have to update the dependencies.
While updating the project dependencies I am facing the following error:

Hello All,

I am getting an error with UiPath studio and Chrome Extension not working: Open Browser: Cannot communicate with the browser, please check the UiPath extension I have already reinstalled the extension multiple times, reinstalled UiPath Studio and followed the documentation located at these links:

I troubleshooted inside the Registry Editor and everything checked out but still cant see the ChromeNativeMessaging.exe process running in task manager under Chrome.

Versions:

• Studio Community Edition 2019.7.0
• UiPath Web Automation Chrome Extension 9.0.6821

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi everybody,

I have a problem with the activities Move File and Read Range.
I try to give them a Path of 244 characters (file name and spaces included) but I still get the “Path too long” error.
I can’t use the LongPathTool since I can’t get permission to use external tools which aren’t approved by my Company (and to get them to approve it is an endevour of biblical proportions).

Does anybody have a clue about why this is happening and how can I fix this?

Starting yesterday, a process started to fail in Orchestrator. I traced the failure to the Add Queue Item activity, where it gets: Add Queue Item: An error has occurred. Error code: 0

I did a test where I created a new blank queue in Orchestrator and then tried to add a new queue item to that queue using the Add Queue Item activity, which gets the same error. I can successfully retrieve items from my test queue, however, so I don’t think it’s a name error. I’ve played around with the ItemCollection object, even passing it the string “fish” to test. No dice. Any suggestions?
