Customize deley before/after parameter

As per my checking, there are two activity back and forth this activity. But there is not long delay before/after parameter.

1.type into activity
delay after : N/A
2.type into activity(this activity)
delay before : a second(1000)
delay after : a minute
3.type into activity
delay before : a second(1000)
