I am getting this popup when trying to automate from a desktop app:
“We detected that you are trying to capture in a Java window that uses a custom JRE, Would you like to install the Java Support Files?”
I close the Java app & install the support files. It states installation complete, but then i get another error:
“Invalid UI Node”
When I open the app & try to use a dropdown, I get the same request to install Java support files.
I am using Enterprise Licensed 2019.10.4.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
