I know this is a previously discussed topic, but I am trying to automate a process in Citrix app.
And UiPath isn’t very cooperative on that.
Some searching said I need to request UiPath Support for the remote runtime .msi installer.
My question is - is there a special channel I should e-mail to?
As I made 4x attempts now to contact support and I am yet to receive at least an acknowledgement that they received my email.
I have been trying since last week and I am fairly disappointed in this as a client is waiting to hear back from us.
Has anyone faced such situation or can anybody advice?
