UiPath Robot Service Error

I am currently experiencing some weird error with UiPath Robot 19.4.4. I have reached out to UiPath Technical Support team but they are taking awhile to debug this problem. Maybe someone has experienced this problem and could help me with this. PS: I have tried upgrading to UiPath Robot version 19.10 and it is running fine. Did a fresh install of 19.4.4 but the same error occurred. The error is shown as below and the problem occurred when I try to start a job via UiPath Robot tray.
